Text us the job. Get a SWMS your builder will accept, today.
Site-specific Safe Work Method Statements for Queensland trades, written from your job details and checked by a person before they reach you. If your builder knocks one back, we fix it free.
- Checked by a person
- Back the same day
- Fixed free if rejected
- No app, no contract
Three steps, and the paperwork isn't one of yours
Send us what you'd tell your apprentice about the job. We turn it into a SWMS the builder can file.
Send us the job
Use the 2-minute form, a text, an email or a voice note. Site address, the task, who's on site and the gear you're using is all we need.
We write it and check it
Your SWMS is drafted for that exact site, then a person checks it line by line. If something's unclear, we ask you rather than guess.
Sign it and start
You get a short PDF with your business name on it. Your crew signs it, and you send it to the builder or upload it to their safety app.
Do I need a SWMS for this job?
In Queensland you need a SWMS before you start any high-risk construction work, and the builder has to have a copy. Tick what this job involves.
We'll tell you straight away whether the law says this job needs a SWMS.
Send this jobBased on the high-risk construction work list in the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld). A guide, not legal advice.
What comes back to you
A short, specific SWMS, usually 4 to 6 pages rather than 30. Written for your site, so it doesn't get bounced for being generic.
Your SWMS, for your site
Your business name, ABN, the site and the principal contractor on the front, then every step of the job with its own controls.
Specific controls
Not "use PPE". Which PPE, for which step, and who checks it.
Licences and tickets
The PPE, plant and licences this job needs.
Emergency steps
For that site, including the nearest hospital.
Crew sign-on
A sign-on sheet and review log, ready for the toolbox talk.
Ready for your builder's app
A PDF named for the job and under upload limits, ready for HammerTech, SignOnSite or BuildPass.

What we do, and what you do
The law puts the SWMS on the business doing the work. We do the writing and checking, so you can do the part only you can: making sure it fits the site and your crew.
We
- Write the SWMS from the job details you give us
- Have a person check every one before it reaches you
- Ask you if something's unclear, rather than guess
- Fix it free if your builder knocks it back
You
- Give us accurate details, and tell us if the job changes
- Check the SWMS matches the site before work starts
- Go through it with your crew, then sign it
- Follow it, and stop and review it if things change
Every SWMS starts with a short "Before you use this SWMS" box that sets this out, and you agree to it in our terms before your first job.
A person checks every SWMS
Software does the heavy lifting on the writing, which is how we keep it fast and affordable. Then one of our checkers reads every document against your job and your site before it goes out.
If something doesn't add up, we get in touch and ask. Based in Brisbane, working with trades across Queensland.
Questions
What do I need to send you?
The site address, what the job is, who'll be on site, the gear you're using (ladders, scaffold, EWP, plant) and the start date. The job form walks you through it in about 2 minutes. A voice note or a few photos of the site help too.
How fast is "same day"?
Send the job before 2pm on a weekday and your SWMS comes back that day. Send it later and it'll be with you first thing the next morning.
Is it compliant?
Every SWMS covers what the Work Health and Safety Regulation asks for: the high-risk work, the hazards, the controls, and how they're put in place, monitored and reviewed. The law also says the business doing the work must prepare it with its workers, so read it through with your crew, check it matches the site and sign it before you start.
My builder uses HammerTech, SignOnSite or BuildPass. Does that work?
Yes. You get a PDF named for the job and well under upload size limits, so you can attach it straight to your builder's system. Tell us which one they use and we'll send a quick note on where it goes.
What if the job changes?
Send us what's changed and we'll update the SWMS. On a monthly plan, updates are included.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Everything works by form, text or email, and you get a PDF you can print, sign or forward. The first time you send a job through the form, you tick to agree to our terms. If you text or email your first job instead, we'll send you a one-minute agreement link before your SWMS goes out.
Who is responsible for the SWMS?
Your business is. Under work health and safety law, the business doing the high-risk work must prepare the SWMS with its workers and make sure the work follows it. We prepare and check the document for you, but you need to check it matches the site, go through it with your crew, sign it and keep it up to date. See what we do and what you do.
How does the free month work?
Send your first job, then add your card on our secure payment page. Nothing is charged for 30 days, and you get up to 8 SWMS in that time. We email you 7 days before the free month ends. If you're happy, do nothing and your plan carries on at $59 a month (Solo) or $129 a month (Crew). If not, cancel before the end date and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel?
Any time, online, in a couple of clicks: use the manage or cancel your plan link (you'll get a code by email to log in). You can also just email us. Cancel during the free month and you pay nothing. Cancel later and your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
Is there work you don't do?
We don't write SWMS for asbestos removal, diving, explosives or confined-space entry. Those need a specialist, and we'll tell you if your job falls into one of them.
Can my crew read it in their own language?
On the Crew plan, we can add a plain-English summary page with a translated version for the toolbox talk. The English SWMS stays the main document.
